Delivery Windows

We currently offer the following windows for local delivery:

Wednesday – Friday, Sunday: 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. ET
Monday: 6:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. ET

If you’re not home, we’ll leave your order safely at the door.

• Some customers leave a cooler outside, but it’s optional.
  
• Add delivery notes at checkout for details like gate codes, preferred drop-off spots, or if you’d like a 30-minute heads-up text before arrival.

We ship via UPS to every U.S. state except Alaska and Hawaii.

💰 Shipping Rates

• Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.
  
• Customers can choose between 1-day or 2-day shipping.
  
• Minimum order: $30 | Maximum order: $300
  

📅 When We Ship

• Orders ship every Tuesday and Wednesday.
  
• Packages arrive on Thursday or Friday, depending on your selected shipping option (1-day or 2-day).
  
• All shipping orders are final sale.
  

❄️ How We Protect Your Orders

• All shipping orders are frozen and packaged with ice packs in insulated boxes.
  
• Freezing preserves nutrients — your juice will still taste as fresh as if it came straight from the press.
  
• Some bottles may arrive slightly icy. To enjoy:
  
  Thaw in your refrigerator overnight, or freeze right away if you’re not ready to enjoy immediately.
  

Shelf life:

• In the refrigerator: 3 days
  
• In the freezer: 14 days

For safety reasons, all shipping orders are packed in food-grade, BPA-free plastic bottles. Please recycle locally when finished.
