A new chapter in our wellness journey, launching 4.22

At Plant Lady Juice Co., we’ve always believed that nature holds the blueprint. From the fruits and herbs we juice to the teas and elixirs we brew, our mission has been to offer plant-based healing that’s rooted in ritual and crafted with care.

So it only feels right to launch our newest offering—The Plant Lady Apothecary—on Earth Day, a moment to honor the wisdom of the earth and deepen our commitment to accessible, everyday wellness.

Why We Created the Apothecary

Wellness isn’t just something you do—it’s a way of living. It’s how you start your mornings, care for yourself in the in-between moments, and wind down at night. Over the last year, our community kept asking us for more ways to bring natural support into your daily routines—more tools, more rituals, more options to feel good.

We heard you.

This new line is an invitation to breathe easier, restore balance, and tap into small, intentional rituals that fit your life.

What’s Inside the Apothecary

Each product in the Plant Lady Apothecary is small-batch, handcrafted, and made with healing in mind. These are simple, functional wellness tools you can use every day:

🌬️ Aromatherapy Inhalers — Pocket-sized blends to help you breathe better, relax, or boost energy—anytime, anywhere.

🌿 Herbal Smoke Blend — Roll it, steep it, or blend it. Designed for mindful moments and deep resets.

🍯 Infused Honey — A spoonful of sweet relief. Seasonal, local, and crafted to soothe your throat and support immunity.

Let’s go deeper into the magic behind each one.

🌬️ Just Breathe Inhalers

Plant-powered aromatherapy for real-life relief.

🟢 Sinus Relief

  • Eucalyptus: Opens nasal passages and eases congestion. A natural decongestant and anti-inflammatory used for centuries to treat respiratory conditions.

  • Rosemary: Stimulates circulation and improves respiratory function. It’s also known to improve memory and mental clarity.

  • Lavender: Balances the boldness of eucalyptus with calm. Known for its anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and anxiety-reducing properties.

Best for: allergy season, post-travel, morning wake-up, or when you’re feeling foggy and congested.

💜 Take It Easy

  • Lavender: Calms the nervous system, supports better sleep, and reduces anxiety.

  • Rose: Uplifts mood and opens the heart chakra—historically used to reduce stress and promote emotional balance.

  • Frankincense: A grounding resin that slows breathing, calms the mind, and supports emotional release. It’s also a natural anti-inflammatory.

Best for: winding down at night, high-stress moments, before journaling or meditation.

🍊 Energy Uplift

Powered by: sweet orange, lemon, rosemary

  • Sweet Orange: Elevates mood, reduces fatigue, and promotes feelings of joy and clarity.

  • Lemon: Sharpens focus, reduces brain fog, and adds a refreshing lift.

  • Rosemary: Gives a gentle cognitive boost and supports energy without the crash.

Best for: mid-afternoon slump, creative blocks, morning routines.

🌿 Herbal Smoke Blend

A versatile, functional blend you can roll or steep.

Powered by: mullein, damiana, mugwort, lavender

  • Mullein: A lung-loving herb that soothes respiratory pathways and promotes easier breathing—ideal for clearing the chest and gently detoxifying.

  • Damiana: Traditionally used as an aphrodisiac and mood elevator. It helps to ease anxiety, tension, and promote relaxation.

  • Mugwort: A dreamy, intuitive herb that supports vivid dreams, creativity, and mental clarity. Also used in digestive and menstrual support.

  • Lavender: Adds a floral calm and supports nervous system balance.

How to Use:

To smoke: Roll in papers, wraps, or your tool of choice. Enjoy solo or paired with your favorite herb 😉

To sip: Steep 1 tsp in 8 oz boiled water for 9 minutes. Add a cinnamon stick for natural sweetness.

Best for: intentional smoke sessions, winding down after a long day, creativity rituals, or as a grounding herbal tea.

🍯 Infused Honey (2oz)

A sweet remedy rooted in tradition.

Powered by: raw Georgia wildflower honey, garlic, seasonal herbal blend
  • Raw Honey: Anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and packed with antioxidants. Helps soothe sore throats, support immunity, and balance gut flora.

  • Garlic: A natural antimicrobial powerhouse. Supports respiratory health, boosts immunity, and reduces inflammation.

  • Seasonal Herbal Blend: Rotates based on what’s freshest—may include warming, protective herbs like thyme, elderflower, ginger, or sage, all known for immune defense and respiratory support.

Take a spoonful solo or stir into hot water for an instant honey tea. Also great drizzled over toast or added to your favorite warm drink.

Best for: itchy throats, allergy support, stirring into tea, or taking daily to stay well during seasonal transitions.

Rooted in Tradition, Made for Real Life

Our apothecary isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about building slow, steady rituals that support your nervous system, help you breathe deeper, and feel a little more like yourself again.

Many of the ingredients we use are inspired by the ancestral practices of our founders—centering traditional plant medicine, community care, and seasonal healing.

Whether you’re pulling out your “Take It Easy” inhaler during a busy day, sipping a mug of herbal tea steeped from our smoke blend, or taking a spoonful of infused honey before bed, these are moments meant to nourish and ground you.

What’s Next?

This is just the beginning. We’re already dreaming up what’s next for the Plant Lady Apothecary—think pre-rolls, seasonal infusions, and maybe even a few in-person wellness experiences 👀

But for now, we’re celebrating this moment. A new chapter for us, and for you.

Thank you for growing with us. Thank you for believing in nature. Thank you for choosing ritual over rush.
